Kings Mountain Optimist Equipment Agreement

The Kings Mountain Optimist Club is a nonprofit organization that sponsors various programs for the youth of our community. All equipment that was not paid for by participants has been purchased with donations and by funds raised by the Kings Mountain Optimist Club.

Therefore all equipment issued to a participant must be returned by the participant in the same condition at the end of usage. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that the equipment is not lost, damaged or misplaced. It is also the responsibility of the participant, if said participant leaves a program before the program has ended, to return all issued equipment.

If issued equipment is not returned, lost, damaged or misplaced, the financial responsibility of replacing the equipment becomes the responsibility of the participant and his/her parents or legal guardian to replace the equipment.
